Resinex fenders have been designed as an alternative to normal pneumatics, shock absorbers (subject to quick deterioration) and rubber fenders (heavy and with high reaction force).
They are entirely made of closed cell expanded PE that guarantees unsinkability even in case of damage caused by breaking, rupturing or shearing when hitting rough vessel sides.
The high elasticity of expanded PE ensures a high energy absorption with low reaction force, which is essential to eliminate the risk of damage to the vessel hull.
Special donut fenders have been specifically designed to protect the berthing pipes of the vessels. The internal structure is heavy duty, but it allows the rotation on the support pipe. They can be purposely created for any pipe type and any pipe diameter.
