We are pleased to announce that starting from 28 December 2022 Resinex has acquired all the CoSeMa activities.
CoSeMa is a company founded in Pesaro in 1986 specialized in the manufacturing of lanterns and electronic devices for Navigational Aid. Over the years, CoSeMa created high quality marine lanterns able to obtain excellent level performances.
With this acquisition, Resinex develops and expands its business widening the range of its innovative products, increasing the competitive advantage in the Nav Aids sector.
The facility in Pesaro is still operational and managed by CoSeMa-Resinex technicians and by the Resinex technical department in Torbiato. Together, they will go on engineering new advanced products designed ad hoc for every single need.
