Besides the continuous innovation of the standard products,
Resinex carries on its mission: to satisfy clients.

The range of the standard products (surface and subsurface Buoys and Floats, Nav Aids etc), is constantly deepened and enlarged and also new products are created in order to satisfy small and large requirements of the end users of the marine field.

In the last few months, we have introduced the following items:

Donut Fenders (picture 1): they are fenders which protect the berthing pipes of the vessels.
The internal structure is heavy duty, but it allows the rotation on the support pipe.
They can be purposely created for any pipe type and any pipe diameter.
The external part is in polyethylene foam covered in a thick layer of elastomer polyurethane. They fortify our already wide range of Dock Foam Filled Fenders.

Cable Floats (picture 2): Resinex has added to the ample variety of cable floats, a new product destined to umbilical cables of small diameter. The shell is in linear polyethylene and filling is polyurethane foam or syntactic foam. The application goes from surface to 10000 m of water depth. The contained buoyancy allows a better distribution of the buoyancy points on the cable and a restraint of the bending points.

Telemark Buoys (picture 3): this new arrival in our vast array is more and more utilized during the positioning of undewater cables. Our Telemark buoy is particularly appreciated for its solidity. The shell is in fact reinforced by support grooves. A mast and a radar reflector amplify the visibility even at night.

Flange Protectors (picture 4): we have been able to develop also the already wider choice of Resinex items for Single Point Mooring (SPM). New moulds for the injection of elastomer polyurethane have been manufactured to expand the production of Flange Protectors. The flexibility and the resistance of the Resinex polyurethane are perfect for the construction of these protections. At present, our line covers flanges of 10″, 16″ and 20″. The Flange Protectors are added to the Deep Water Floats, the “Y” piece Reducers, the Concentric Reducers, the Lace On Hawser Floats, the Pick Up Buoys, the Chain Through Buoys, the Winkerlights and the Break Away Coupling Floats, enabling our clients to select the products in the most complete assortment of SPM ancillaries.
